Welcome to Window Curtain Shop. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. Placing an Order for Products and/or Services

When you place an order for window curtains or related services from Window Curtain Shop you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not mean that your order has been accepted. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched. Only then will a contract between us be formed.

3. Products Shown and Pricing

All products displayed on our website, including descriptions and prices, are as accurate as possible. However, mistakes may happen. If we discover an error in the pricing or description of a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled and notify you accordingly.

4. Personalization of Products

We offer personalization options for many of our window curtains. Please ensure that all information provided for personalization is accurate. We are not responsible for any errors made by you during the personalization process. Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or not as described.

5. Delivery of Products

Window Curtain Shop will deliver your curtains to the address provided during the order process. We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. We will keep you informed about the status of your delivery.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect. 7. Payment and Charges

Payment for your order can be made through the payment methods listed on our website. All prices are listed in [AED] and include VAT unless otherwise stated. The total cost of your order includes the price of the products and the delivery charge. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is correct and that you have authorization to use it.
